Q: What is the minimum quantity for custom printing?

• 8 garments for a 1 or 2 color print
• 13 garments for a 3 color print
• 25 garments for a 4 color print
• For tote bags please enquire, this varies

You can mix and match apparel with an assortment of tees/tanks/hoodies etc. as long as the same size design will fit on all garments.

Q: Can you make me a logo or design?

Right now we are not offering art design services as our main focus is screen printing. As we grow we hope to have someone dedicated to just that.

Q: What file type is best for my logo?

We work with vectorized art work in screen printing. So AI., Eps. and PDF. are best, but we can work with others. If vectorization of your artwork is required we will advise on price, it depends on complexity.

Q: I need shirts yesterday. What is your turnaround?

Typically 7-14 days is our turnaround from the time garments are ordered to completion. This depends on where the garments are coming from and our print schedule at the time. 

Q: Can I supply my own shirts?

For sure. We do like to be aware of what the garments are ahead of time. We accept no liability for anything that can go wrong in the printing process for customer supplied goods as we have no recourse with a supplier nor the ability to replace it. 

Q: What ink colors do you have?

Lots! Standard colors & house mixed colors are no charge. If you require a custom mix there will be an additional fee. Please keep in mind, Pantone colors translating from screen to ink on a garment can look a bit different but we try our very best. 

Q: Do you have some samples I can look at?

Yes, we have a handful of samples in our shop.

Q: You don't have a sample for something I want, can I order a sample before hand?

You can order a sample unprinted garment for a fee. We will not print on one garment however. 

Q: Do you do anything besides apparel? Hats, mugs, etc.?

Not at this time, but we can point you in the right direction. 

Q: Do you guarantee garments?

We can recommend a few brands that we have personally used in our brands so we are very familiar with their fit and wear. The world of blanks is vast, it is recommended that you do your own testing prior to using a line if you have specific requirements/standards. 

Q: How many colors can you print?

Currently we operate a smaller press so we can accommodate 3-4 colors. Some designs require an under base which could result in 3 colors, but possibly 4.  We will be able to do more down the road when we upgrade our press.

Q: Can you customize one of the Prince George designs you sell?

No our brand is not customizable.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

We take a deposit prior to ordering the blanks which is dependent on the order total. The remaining balance will be payable upon pickup or prior to shipment. We do not do in-house accounts under any circumstances.

Q: Do you do vinyl heat press or DTG printing?

Not at this time.

Q: Can you customize each shirt with a name or number for a sports team?

We are not able to do individual customization for each garment.
